IAW doesn't even start

Hi,

I had installed .net 3.5  IAW didn't start.

I deinstalled 3.5 - I could not download it again from Microsoft as the server mit Microsoft for 3.5 never connected

So I installed 4.0

But I have the same problem.

The software doesn't start

Any advice?
