Identifying Synonyms Not Working!

Hi there,  I have been following the video in creating article, but when I use the actual beta version, I cannot get the "identifying synonyms" part to work after I ran the copyscape.  When I go click the arrows on bottom I cannot get the choices of synonyms to drop down.  All I get are the next and the previous buttons to come down.  I tried even highlighting the word and tried just the way you explained it in the video.  Need your help here, love the software the way it is done in the video though. Thanks and I am sure we will get this resolved, help. ???

I got it to work by logging out of my computer and rebooting the whole system, it works perfectly now.  Also, created my first article and it even passed Copyscape. 8)

I have been having problems with the synonyms too.....When I click identify synonyms it starts higlighting one line at a time and goes down to the bottom, comes back up does it again then freezes.....

any suggestions?
