Keyword Suggestion Tool Bug

The keyword suggestion tool only works one time. At first I thought the installation did not go well, but after re-installation its the same problem.
It will allow you to use keyword suggestion tool first time and then when you do another new keyword seach , the tool does the searching alright and prompts done, but it doesnt return anything or any keywords.



I am on Windows 7 running on 64 bit.

Can you please tell me how to fix problem...

This is disturbing.

I just tried using the keyword tool today, and I am getting the exact same results as you.

Running Windows XP 32 bit.

That means this has been an outstanding issue for over a month and not been fixed.

I thought the monthly subscription was going towards maintaining the useability of the program. Issues like this should be fixed inside of a week or a few days, not a month.

When will this be fixed?

The issue is more complex than you may think, and does not affect all users (which makes it even more of a pain).

I am working on this.
