Login details not working

Hi,
I logged in first time and it worked, but then went back and asked me to login again.  It says incorrect details try again?  when i do i also just gives me a white screen

I am having the same problem.  I logged in right after downloading then tried to login later but it says my username and password are invalid.

How they fixed this problem? I already encountered the same problem right now after purchasing the product..
Any help? I already send support ticket but i can't wait for 3 days before i imecan get login...I am excited to use thid product. Here now is Saturday, Philipines time.
