Can not use IAW at all

Hey there!

I have a problem.. I can't use this program at all.. always when I try to research or generate articles or something I get loads and loads of error messages like out of memory error and some other random errors too.
I have submitted them already to customer service, but I was thinking maybe somebody can help me out and give me ideas how to fix it.

I haven't seen this problem on here previously. Hopefully, help desk will be able to help you get sorted.
