Font Size Goes Huge After Some Functions

When I have article text in the article tab and run "Identify synonyms" or Copyscape the font size of the article text suddenly becomes huge.  I can't figure out how to reduce the font size back to normal from inside IAW. 

So far I've found that copying the text out to Word or Notepad causes the font to go back to the original size. I can re-paste the article text back into the article tab and it's fine until I run either of these functions.

Please advise.
