I've already went to the help desk…

who do I talk to or where do I go to find out about downloading instant article Wizard?

Meaning, I paid seven dollars for a trial subscription. But, for some reason I was unable to download the software.

I literally just got done sending John a personal message with my PayPal subscription number.

It was either yesterday or the day before I sent a message to the help desk. I still have not got an answer.

The help desk is the right place to contact. Did you not receive an email giving you the details? Check your spam box or bulk mail box, in case it has been directed there. The email should have gone to the email address associated with your paypal account.

no I did not check that one.

This whole time I thought I was screwed.

It's going to take me a few minutes, but… I will go check my e-mail & repost if the download link is there.

Include your Paypal transaction number so the support can retreive your product key.

What if you bought the program last March, and you no longer have the paypal info...then how do you retrieve your registration key?

You go into your paypal account and search back through your transactions. Paypal holds onto them for a long time.

nancyk, I am terribly disorganised but whenever I purchase anything I file the Paypal receipt and the confirmation email from the vendor into two separate folders called PayPal Receipts and Purchase Info. When I do that I can simply do a search by vendor/product name and BINGO BANGO! info required is found.

I did the same Andre, but my computer crashed and I lost that info.  I got the info now but am waiting for a reply on my key...hope it comes soon,  I really miss that program, have to write all my articles the old fashion way and it takes so long...I have 7 blogs! :o

I sent a help ticket do you know of any way to get the info I need faster?
