Ok Jon,

Ive noticed theres been a quick update on the beta version which was working for me, now when I open IAW beta its prompts an upgrade and goes and does it job excuting the files indication installation complete.

When I run or open IAWbeta again it prompts an upgrade again. Ive repeated the scenario 3 times with the same result, and i now cannot work or do anything so far.

So I need some magic pill for this gizmo which has been good to me.

Jon,

Am having incredible amounts of trouble trying to get your program to run on my computer. Windows 7. Originally downloaded from the "shhhh...." forum post and could not get the program to fetch anything including simple keywords like "fitness", or "back pain is". Opened a ticket and posted my troubles on the forum without any response.

Came to this link and attempted to download it again and was stuck in a loop of " a new version is available and you need to download it" message. So I did. about 4 times without getting it to run even as "administrator" and then thought..."maybe I should uninstall the previous version and the new one will download".

Needless to say this was a bad idea because the new link is tied to the previous download and now I get the message "Our records show that you've already subscribed".

So, unfortunately, I haven't been able to test your program. It looks fantastic in the videos and something that I think would make my efforts more effortless. But, have to tell you...it's been pretty frustrating trying to get it to work.

Hi Jon,

Just went through the installation process. If I may, I just have one minor suggestion at the moment.

When the program is installed, there isn't a shortcut created automatically on the desktop. One has to go into the Program Files folder and search for the IAW folder to start the program.

To me it's just a convenience issue. That's it for now. Will put the program through its paces later.

Thanks for this great tool!!!

But one big problem, After I entered the keywords and click "research", It start "Fetching pages".

But when it start "Building topics list...", An error window popup:

If I click "continue", nothing happened then. It stopped at "Building topics list..."

What's wrong?

Hey Jon,
IAW 3.0223: Works great on my Mac running IAW with a Windows VM (Parallels/VMFusion)-running Windows XP.

What I did was duplicate your last 'beta demo' vdo. Here are the problems:

1. When I put in 'colon cancer' using 'Google' I only came up with 11 'topic keywords'. Your vdo had a bunch more. I don't know if this program is indfluenced by location. My IPS provider is Japan because that's where this 'Sushi-lovin' kid lives.

note: Jon, when I beta test, I always like to use the example you give in your vdo's. Those VDOs work as a bench test for me to see if my version is working.

next up.

2. I could really use an 'undo' button. I selected some text to save, but instead of hitting the 'save-paddle lock' icon I inadvertantly clicked on the 'refresh'. DOH! One good sentence bites the cyber dust. Yes, I was in a hurry, but I think this would help folks like me who may exhibit a 'double-left-thumb' on the keyboard.

Other than that, this really rocks. Your programs are the "ONLY" ones I use with my Windows VM.

As to #1, go to the Options toolbar icon and set your Maximum Results to 300. That will get back a lot more data. That's what I had my set to in the demo.

Thanks for creating a cool tool.

I installed V3.0223 on Windows 7 Pro. I type in a keyword (set to search Google), it appears to start fetching, but provides no results, then a dialog pops up saying the program has stopped and gives this error message insider the scrolling window of the dialog box:

Bingo! Got it. My results are showing a different frequency, but I'm not worried about it, since the Google engine is on 'caffeine' I imagine results will vary from day-to-day.

I think our affiliate links should lead to the beta testing page so that when our refered persons opt-in, such refered persons could be tied to us in case they eventually convert but the affiliate link leads to the old sales page.

I think this should be rectified.

Since Google localizes the results you get back, there is going to be a lot of variation from one person to the next running the same query.

This is actually something I'm looking into deeper to make sure it's not a problem, but it's not something I'd worry about right now no.

Fixed. Apparently I failed to hit "save" when I modified the landing page URL the first time.
