Hi Lee

I've just been using IAW3 and it's working perfectly on my pc.

I'm not a computer whiz kid but it looks like it's something at your end
that's causing it as no one else seems to be posting about any problems.

Perhaps if you can post more information then the problem can be resolved
or you may have to get in touch with support

Open a Support Ticket and give them all the tech info you posted here. That needs a programmer to decipher, understand and start diagnosing and fixing the problem.
