IAW not working for me

hey just bought iaw for article content anf received google captures flat out then it stopped and i type in a basi keyword like dog and nothing comes up

not very happy right now :-[

Have you connected IAW to your Death By Captcha account?

That'll squash any captchas for you!

Just go to the custom settings icon and add your deathbycaptcha.com account info and Bob's your uncle!

Has anyone come up with a fix for IAW not working?  i added a Death by Captcha account and mine still doesn't work.  I've sent 3 requests in the past week and have had no response.  I doubt I can get my money back for IAW as support is non-existent.   Any help would be appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by not working? Does it do nothing? Do you get a Google message? Does it work once then not at all? Have you tried turning your router off, then back on again?

The support tickets that you raised, did you get an acknowledgement bounceback email after you sent in the ticket? If you didn't then the ticket has not actually been raised for some reason or other. That'd be why you have had no response. If you did receive a bounceback acknowledgment then the ticket has been raised however, it is worth remembering that for large parts of the world the past few days have been part of a religious holiday of some significance. Delays over that period are really likely for people for whom such observance is important.  ;)

Usually, raising multiple support tickets for the same issue simply slows down the whole service support process.
