For 3 weeks I have been trying to get access to my Instant Article Wizard Software (yes my bad I lost it)
10 times this has happened
I open a support ticket, they send me an email telling me to return to the Support Desk to see the reply
10 times I try
10 times I get told by the support desk that it does not recognize my email address does
10 times I open a new ticket to tell them that I cannot get into the Suport Desk to view the ticket as the suppor tsytem does not recognize my email address
10 times I open a new ticket to tell them that
Finally 1 support person sends an email to me ttat I can reply to and asks for my purchase information I get it and return it to him and he sends me back the codes but does not tell me how to access the download
I reply but this time I get sent back to the Support system and the cycle starts all over again
This morning I get this email and of course there is no way to confirm so back to the support desk to tell them that

THIS IS THE WORST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER EVER SEEN
I tried to PM Jon Leger on the Forum but got no reply so I had no choice but to do this publicly as I want the Instant Article Wizard
I like the software but THE SUPPORT SUCKS!
You can create an account at the help desk with any email address you choose. The first time you sign up to receive emails, you will receive an automated email response. This sometimes gets put in your spam or bulk mail folder by your isp. Have you checked your "spam" folder for any emails from help desk? You can get the latest IAW download from http://www.instantarticlewizard.com/iaw3.php?cmd=download_latest_version but you will need your license key to activate it. Help desk uses the email address you used at paypal for sending you information on any of your programs.

I am not trying to be rude but I am frustrated
I tried another email and it is not the one associated with the purchase of Instant Article Wizard so the ticket I saw had to do with a completely different product since they tie the product to the email address.
I received not 1 but 4 emails today all asking me to login to the support desk In case YOU hadn't noticed THESE ARE NOT IN MY SPAM FOLDER I FIND THEM JUST FINE!
So here is my response

In case you do not know what that means, it means that when I get here to try and login and see my ticket I get told by your system that my email is not found and I need to try again. IT WILL NOT GIVE ME ACCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS MY EMAIL IT HAS BEEN MY EMAIL AND IT IS WHERE I RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS I THINK FOR INSTANT ARTICLE WIZARD.
All I need is the download link please PLEASE PLEASE SEND IT TO MY EMAIL DIRECTLY

I don't know what else I can say 4 emails telling me to login to your system to see the responses to my tickets and obviously no one reads the ticket to see that the problem is that I cannot login to your system
All I want is the download link can this really be so hard
Maybe Meg you could actually just put the download link for IAW here in the Forum. I have everything else
