I just purchased IAW and just downloaded it.  However, I'm trying to login and I can't do so until I type in a registration key, where do I get that?  I don't see a key in any of the emails I received after my purchase.  Please advise so I can get started.  Thank you..

You should get an email with your license key. Check your spam box. Alternatively if you can't find it at all, you could contact help desk http://askjonleger.com/support/

It works all over the world. I am in UK. Others are in Australia and New Zealand and many, many other areas. Check my sig for my IAW help web site. Some subjects don't work as well as others. It depends on the type of sites. Also, if something is very new and there isn't much on the web, then a program that searches the web won't find much. You need LOTS of searches to be able to use ACC. If ACC doesn't get what you want, then use RAG or fact finder.

I even tried Colon cancer as the keyword the same as is shown in the help video and got 0 response from inquiries??? don't understand this??
