IAW keeps crashing on my system since I purchased it yesterday. My PC is up to date with all the requirements.

Have you used "run as administrator" at all possible points in downloading and installing?

When you first open it, run just 1 query, using the "research" button and once that has run, SAVE. Then do any further queries after that and save between each one.

Try reducing the "Page fetching speed".

I dont get, however, why such issue is present at this stage.

I don't think that that is IAW. I have a feeling that that is to do with internet speed - not necessarily your own. I have superspeed Broadband (38Mbps download) and keep my page fetching speed down. It may be to do with other people's broadband, ie the servers or pages you are searching. That is just my theory.
