VERY FRUSTRATED!! PURCHASED and can't even log in!!!!

Made the purchase via paypal and was sent my password.  I tried logging in using the account details that where sent to me and I get "Incorrect Username or Password".  I've clicked on link to reset my password and still it doesn't work.  I'VE SENT SEVERAL TICKETS TO THE HELPDESK WITH ZERO RESPONSE.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:(

There's no purpose in submitting more than one support ticket. It won't get answered any faster. It will actually only slow it down. The support desk is open Monday through Friday.

Also, be sure you're not adding any extra spaces or other whitespace around the login details (email or password). You need to enter the details exactly as shown.
