Complications with voice over.
« on: February 04, 2018, 02:46:59 AM »
Hi Jon,
I am wondering how I stop my mic. recordings being replaced by the auto-voice generator. I have tried switching the auto-generator off at the wizard but it seems to quickly re-install itself once I get into the programme. Can you guide me please on how I can preserve my recordings? Thanks - Jack.

Go to any slide and click the microphone icon. Then click the Generate Audio button. On the dialog for generating audio uncheck the box to automatically regenerate the audio for slides.

That setting is preserved and set as the default so none of your videos will automatically regenerate the audio once it's unchecked.

Thank you, Jon,
Much obliged,
I didn't notice that option.

Hi,
I have a 400 word document that I want to make into a video.
How do I create the video with 6 or 7 slides instead of 40 slides if there are 40 sentences.
Thank you.
Murrey

The easiest option in that case is to just create the slides one by one. Don't paste the text into the Wizard tab, just go straight to the Slides tab and start designing the video.
