Features Request for IVW
« on: November 24, 2017, 04:12:33 AM »
1)   Ability to save slide show as a PDF.  Great for handouts and generating accurate scripts to follow along with.  Also handy to make up products like courses.
2)   Ability to import slides from Powerpoint and Keynote.
3)   Ability to resize images so they fit on the screen.  Currently, too many images get cropped when I need to show full detail.
4)   Ability to let the robot speech know the difference between, for example,  'I LIVE here' and 'Performing LIVE'.  There are a number of words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently.  By, perhaps, adding a symbol or number in the text (in special brackets?), we could tell the system which pronunciation we require.
5)   Sound effects added to give certain slides more impact.  Maybe a library of all kinds of sounds which can be added to any slide or a whole slide show.
6)   Ability to use videos (or still images) recorded with a Green Screen to have any image or video placed behind the talent.  I currently use a software where I upload an image or video of a person with a green background and, once uploaded, the software replaces anything in green to be whatever background image I choose.  However, it would be great to be able to achieve this inside IVW to create amazing slides.
7)   Be able to move a video into another project folder would be very useful.

Thanks in advance :-)

Thanks for the suggestions. You can already copy videos to another project. Use the right arrow icon.

Hi Jon,

I think what many of us are waiting for is the ability to MOVE a video from one project to another. The copy option leaves the original video in its original locations after making a copy to wherever you want. I guess you can argue one can delete the original after copying but i see having both COPY and MOVE options as a more viable option.

Kinuthia

That is what I would say. Just delete the original if you want to move it.
