My Live Events Are Not In Google Anymore
« on: February 20, 2018, 07:45:01 PM »
I am just noticing that my scheduled events are on Page 1 of Google immediately, but, when they become live..they are not in site in Google, they are still on the first listing in Youtube which is great.
How do i get my rankings back on Google?
and the big question...How Do I Get Traffic and Real View to these videos once they are at the top of the listings..
I know...sounds like a silly question.
thanks

Whether or not your live events remain on page one of Google depends on a couple of things:

1. How competitive the keywords are.

2. How well linked your video is.

To get your videos to stay put on page one for more competitive terms, you need to build links to those YouTube videos from other websites. YouTube videos get a major boost, so it doesn't require as many links as other sites to keep your good rankings, but you'll still need to build some links.

Thanks Jon, would you recommend sending views and likes from the paid services offered out there?
or would that damage the rankings and reputation..

I wouldn't recommend any services that offers "paid views" of YouTube videos. YouTube is very sophisticated in their views algorithms and I think your money would be better spent on things that will help get you long-term rankings (like links).

What Backlinking Strategy or Service would you recommend?

I don't recommend any particular service, though you might try RankCrew.com for some basic links.
