Slide Text - Option needed to include more than one sentences
« on: October 17, 2017, 09:28:19 AM »
Hi Jon,

Currently in the wizard tab, there is an option to include one sentence for one slide.

It would be nice if you add an additional option for users to select, where the slide needs to break. (Like Easy VSL software too)

Thanks

I may not be understanding what you require, but a "sentence" can be a partial sentence.

If you separate the sentence where you want it to split by adding a new line (no period/full stop) then a new slide will be created for each of those segments.

In other words if you add the following into the import script editor in the main wizard, you will end up with 3 slides for the text (1 slide for each line)

This is a long sentence and

I want to split it into multiple lines on a slide,

doing that myself in exactly the place I want it to appear.

Does that answer your query, or am I misunderstanding?

What I mean, here is the examle,

I am Jack. I am from USA. I love to travel.

In the above, example

Line = 1

Sentences = 3 (because single line have three full stops.)

so I want all three sentences to be placed on a single slide automatically.

How to do that?

I think,
I am Jack: I am from USA: I love to travel.

Have you also tried the box in the wizard tab (just under the background options) that says "1 sentence per slide"? I haven't tried that option but I might try it out now to see what happens. Though the other option says "fragment"

I made a video using colons (:) The link expires in 24 hours

I did another one too
https://instantvideowizard.com/?action=preview&uniq=59e8526faa1f9

I get an "unexpected error" using the sentence fragment option.
This is the URL of the test video https://instantvideowizard.com/?action=videos_new&pid=81&width=1280&id=3900

I know it's a beat down to have to go back and edit the slide text, but you could leave out the periods and then go back and add them after the videos are rendered.

After the slides are generated, I go back and edit some of the slides to add commas, then regen the audio and take the commas out. That way I can have more control of the voice, and it sounds more natural by adding pauses. It'd be great to be able to do this without having to edit the slides twice. Maybe with 2 commas, it could add a pause in there but not display the comma, just a thought.

For this issue, maybe a comma the a period could mean it's all one line, but delete the comma and add a period.

I am Jack,. I am from USA,. I love to travel.

All one slide, but the slide shows:

I am Jack. I am from USA. I love to travel.
