I contacted support to find out how to delete the paid articles I've already posted to blogs or submitted to an article directory as the list is getting quite unwieldy.  I was surprised to learn there is no such functionality in place to accomplish this.  It was suggested I post the idea here in the forum as a feature request so...here it is.  I must say I'm surprised no one else has requested this feature yet (unless I missed something in my search of the forums), as it really is getting cumbersome going through such a long list of articles and trying to determine what's been posted, what I had to skip for some reason, etc.   I really need to be able to remove or hide an article from the list once it's been used.  Perhaps better than completely deleting them would be a "hide/unhide" button that doesn't delete but just makes it obvious there is a hidden article there than can be unhidden should we ever desire to access it again.

Another feature that would be nice: Is it possible to have a "tags" field in the post to blog dialogue box that will then auto-populate the post with the tags?  It would be so nice if needn't go login to the blog, pull up the post, and then add the tags after the fact.

I'll second that. It's painful trying to work out what I used/not used. Just a check box would suffice.

I don't know if Jonathan will add this feature or not, but I can offer a work-around (this is what I do).  Download each completed article to your computer.  As you use them, move them to a folder that's named something like "Published Articles."  That way, I know which articles I've used, and which I still need to use.

When I download them, I save them in folders that are dated by the dates that each article was completed, so I know which articles I've already downloaded from the site.  Here is an example of the folder structure I use:

C:/Documents/Jiffy Articles/2011-11-13/Waiting To Be Published/Published
C:/Documents/Jiffy Articles/2011-11-21/Waiting To Be Published/Published
C:/Documents/Jiffy Articles/2011-12-05/Waiting To Be Published/Published

Any articles inside "Waiting To Be Published" have not yet been used.  Any articles in "Published" have already been used.  I hope this makes sense.
