The problem I am having is unable to pull results from eBay and Amazon.  Example keyword stroller results in 1 result.  I know for a fact there are more than one result for this word  :o 

I can report that the tool is now pulling keywords from eBay and Amazon.  Haven't had any acknowledgement the problem was duplicated, but for now it is doing what I want it to do.  Thanks!

I discovered the issue earlier thus morning and fixed it. Glad it's working for you now.

After more examining, I found that when only one keyword and key phrase was being recovered, if I then used the Regional Keyword tool appliance then came back to the primary Keyword Device, it maintained to then recover search phrases.
