A number of people have posted here that KS is not pulling words from Google, etc. Whether it is a glitch or an infrequent local problem, I don't know and I am not technical nor part of the help desk. But it seems to be an odd problem and I don't see any follow up posts to say "it's still not working", or "hey, it's working again and this is what I did", etc.
If people are still not seeing it working, or it's happening intermittently, maybe it would help for finding the problem if anyone who is interested kept a note of the conditions under which it does or doesn't work. I don't know what are the best information items and maybe others can suggest more or better ones but I can start off with

BASICS
Location: UK
Frequent / Infrequent user of KS: Infrequent
Ever had KS problem?: Not that I recall
Operating system / Anti virus / Firewall: Windows XP, AVG free 9, Bog standard Windows
Other JonLeger Keyword type programs: WCA, IAW, AA

IF PROBLEM
Country searching for keywords?: eg US
LOCAL time of day: eg, 7.37 am
FORUM time of day: eg 11.27 pm
Which search engine, eg Google, Bing, Yahoo?: eg Google only

IF IT STARTED WORKING AGAIN
Did you make any changes?: eg, cleared cache and cookies
Time it started working again: eg next day, 1 hour later, etc

It would be useful if anyone interested kept a note even when it IS working, just to see if there any patterns to working / not working.

If you find it works again - please let us know and let us know what steps you took (if any) or if it just "started" working again the next time you tried it.

Yes. I selected only Google and NO keywords show up for my seed keyword. Then I selected Austrailia or United Kindom and keywords start showing up.

What's going on with this application?

I just tried it again with Google just checked and got back all the keywords.

This seems to happen on a regular basic though. It's happened at least 2 or 3 times. 

or google making changes to its own app?

Yes, google makes changes from time to time,
that can throw kewyord tools off, any of them,
and has happened at some point with all of my tools,
when google makes those internal changes...
An update usually follows those incidents....

However, it is weird that some of us are not getting google results,
and seems like most are getting results, as I dont see a flood of posts on here either
about people saying KS isnt working right...

My problem started about the same time as the others...

Today, google pulled 2 results for the keyword   info products

Up until today, it was pulling nothing...

I don't see any follow up posts

I had not followed up, as it is still not working right,
but have been watchin the forum to keep up
with any new developments....

I am going to start checking some things out
with some other tools and settings....

Seeing that this issue is quite isolated, I have a feeling this IS a local problem, be it my ISP,
or some other program has unintentionally hijakced my settings, and is stopping KS from working with google...
Now if I can just remember what I have installed since KS LoL  

I do know that I have done a couple windows updates since first installing KS,
dunno if that would be a factor.. im going to go install KS another pc and see what happens...

I also have a ton of tools on my pc, so
I cant tell if any of them would be interfering yet,
as well I have best spinner, answer analyst...

Once again, when to KS and NO keywords just checking Google.

I tried clearing IE cache and temp file and restarted KS but no luck.

This is very annoying. 

I can't duplicate this issue.  I just did a search in KS for "old time radio" and got back hundreds of Google, Yahoo and Bing results.

If I can duplicate the issue, I can fix the problem, but so far I haven't been able to.

Now that I see you are back Jon when and if it will be available this program again???

Although that worked initially, I ran more searches on those pc's a few days later, and were no
longer giving me google results again...
