Thanks for positive suggestions about trying to fix this bug. It is so frustrating to those of us who purchased the program and were really excited to see it in action. I was thrilled the first day I used it. It worked fine for a month. Then, poof...Google disappeared. I believe it was you who suggested that I contact the help desk back in early August. I put in a ticket on August 12th.
Amin was great, although he was in UK and couldn't duplicate the problem. Another help desk person, Daniel, took over my ticket and tried to help isolate the problem. We went back and forth, too. Then, on August 17th, at 4:30 AM, Eastern Time (US). It worked and Google came back. I was so excited and replied to my ticket at once, letting them know Google was back.
Three days later, when I tried it again...Google was gone again. Amin had mentioned that Jon was traveling and wouldn't be back until the end of the month. I was a little steamed, but decided to wait and see what transpired. So far, I have seen a lot of people with this same issue. I hope you read my latest response to the poll on this subject, written today.
It feels terrible to like something so much and have it taken away!
I am trying very hard to be objective and patient. There has to be a fix for this, or a refund. That is just a "good faith" business practice.
