It's a great tool if you run AdWord ads on Google. And if you check out some of its features you'll find stuff like converting all of your keywords into domain names, taking out the spaces and adding .com at the end of them.
From there one could.. as an example.. use software to take ALL those keywords to generate web sites automatically. Of course to publish them you would have to check to see what ULRs are available. But software like that can then generate AdSense ads.. presto!
The negative word feature converts all the keywords to negative [ - ] keywords so that if you were running ads in Google those keywords would NOT be used in your ad. For example.. if you wanted to sell "Blue Shoes" but not "Red Shoes" the negative keyword -Red would eliminate any possibility of that showing up for your ad.
You can delete bids, urls, change spaces to something else, sort by urls, sort by match type. Take a list of domain names and convert them to keywords with a push of a button and on and on. It's all there for you to read. I think any power user will see the benefit of these features pretty quickly.
