Getting unexcepted handling error

Hello,
I have updated to the latest version 1.16 and I get an unexcepted handling error and no keywords show up. I use xp pro.

Hello Jon,

I also face that kind of problem. Every time i open KS program, the application ask for registration code and error unhandled exception has occur. but the keyword snatcher are running.

Hi setria

I was having exactly the same problem.

Try right clicking on the start menu icon and then clicking on 'run as administrator'

This allowed me to enter the registration code and the program works brilliantly now.
