I bought a new computer and I would like to use keyword snatcher with it. I have mis-placed the registration key and can not run the software on my new computer.

You will need to contact help desk and provide the receipt number from whichever method you bought it with, eg paypal http://www.askjonleger.com/

I'm trying to recover my registration key for the Interurban Railway Museum Pack.

I showed some proof of purchase, but just got my thread taken down here (I started a thread because leaving support tickets doesn't work. You never get a reply).

I just need this code! Thanks! Been trying to get it again for a long time.
