H-J,

I am very happy that you are satisfied with KWS.  I, on the other hand, am not.  It has a Google glitch. Please don't intimate that I don't know my way around Jon's system, as in your point # four. I often interact with Maian support, and Amin and Daniel offer excellent advice. They are working on this Google problem right now.  It's not the first post on that issue. As Google is the 900 lb gorilla, KWS is pretty useless without Google results. Yahoo and Bing come through fine. BTW, ( your point # 1)how do you know for sure that there are a legion of people who have had no problems.  Many just write it off to experience and go away without saying anything.

If you read the message boards, there are a lot of unhappy campers with suggestions for Jon. I applaud your right to defend Jon. He is a genius. However, he is not a philanthropist. When he takes a customers money, he also takes on a responsibility to be polite and respond in a positive manner, even though the customer may be a pain. Going to your second point, I'm not asking for any changes. Never have. I just don't care for the attitude. You seem to want to lash out at me for expressing my opinion. I've often wondered why you feel so compelled to jump in and defend Jon.

Here is an absolute for you:

Rule of Business #1: The customer is ALWAYS right.
Rule of Business #2:  When the customer is wrong, refer to rule #1.

It's my opinion, and I believe I'm entitled to it, that Jon has some very defensive responses. There  dozens of remarks throughout the forums that indicate a complete lack of patience.

I am a fan of Jon's, and have many of his programs, too. I just don't like to see "customers" bullied when they express an opinion.

Have a grand day.

Gaahlee Mumbert, ;)

You are in a bad mood today aren't you?

I did not mean to upset you, but I most definitely do defend Jon.

In answer to your question 'I've often wondered why you feel so compelled to jump in and defend Jon.'

The reason I am so quick to defend Jon, is probably a lot different than what you may think.
'Jon is the only internet GU-RU, who has ever kept his word to me, in every way possible.'
In addition, Jon and Amin did a personal favor for me, which no one of his status has ever done before.

When you have received the quality of customer relations I have, you have no complaints to make.

I also understand that you are having a problem with KS and I don't blame you for complaining, but again
it works exactly as described for me.  I get Google, and all the rest of the search engine results that I should
be getting.

I totally agree with your 'Rules of Business', having owned a brick and mortar accounting firm for 17+ years,
the customer/client is always right.

But at the moment, I also feel that Jon is doing the best he can to accomplish that.  As you know I'm sure,
it can become very overwhelming when you are doing the best that you can to please a multitude of people
and all you get is negative responses.

Sorry I made you mad, :'(

LOL, naw, only if you just have to take their money is a "customer always right". That's an old saying rooted in the thinking, "as long as he (she) is paying I'll just say whatever he wants me to say." Although I feel your pain I don't agree with this statment. When I'm wrong I WANT to be told I'm wrong. I think the world has plenty of a** kissers for a buck already.  8)
