Bought Quota - Did Not Receive It

I purchased a quota from a member, paid via paypal but no quota in my account  :'(
MWL's message say:

(However, the quota you purchase will be made instantly available in your account once the payment has been completed successfully.)

Any one had similar? Any idea how to resolve this and get the quota?
