I have sites kicked out, lose quota. Then I check the problem, and the policing code reports that there is no resource links page, when there is. SO, I just re-verify and then it reports ok.
This happens to me frequently, but eventually it rights itself and so I didnt worry. This time however, my site got kicked and needs to go through the approval process again.
I wonder if there isn't a way to say, check the sites and then wait a day or so before kicking the site. Seems like it might just be an occasional host issue.
