Hi,
I recevied a message that the links page on my site was not reachable and I responded by opening a helpdesk call and advising my site is currently being updated ( I have been a member since this service started). Instead of responding to my message, the following day ( as 3 days had passed), I got an email advising that my site has been taken off the network.
I consider this to be quite unacceptable considering I have been making my monthly payments since Mywaylinks started and have noticed in general the slow response times from the helpdesk. I however do understand that the support team do not follow GMT hours, but nevertheless, it is not unreasonable to expect a response within 24 hours.
