We are currently using Blekko and will continue to use them for our backlink data as they are very good at eliminating spam results and only showing the "good" backlinks.

I kind of like Blekko, even with their smaller DB, but I would have preferred the SEOMoz data which I think the is the best thing available now that Yahoo Site explorer is gone.
For those who don't know how Blekko's backlink data compares with Majestic and the others, here are a couple of articles on this (notice that the first two are from 2010 so fairly outdated, especially considering the $30 million investments from Yandex at the end of 2011):
