I use the WP plugin Auto Link Juicer a great plugin which cost me around $130 (which is four plugins in one), however the main area of interest for me as a new idea would be to take their Auto Social Buddy further.
Currently once set up everytime you post it sends out a portion of your post to the sites you have manually set up (Friendfeed, Plurk, Posterous, Presently etc about a dozen sites altogether) this is great as once setup it creates a link network around you, and drives traffic to your main site as well, trouble is it's duplicate content, usually the first paragraph, what i would like to see is this integrated with TBS with many more blogging sites included in the setup.
Just lately i have been manually setting up many blogging sites for this purpose, JournalGin, Spi-Blog, Blogr, to name but a few, ASB also uses the sites on Ping.FM, but again duplicate content. Include all these sites and more combined with TBS and perhaps even automatic account creation and i reckon you'd have an absolutely massive launch success.
