Jonathan,

I have what I think is a great new product idea that you are in the perfect position to provide to the world.

Article Builder is great. The Best Spinner is great. But even with both of those tools, if I want to create an excellently spun article syntax that puts out a perfect finished article every time I have to manually spin each article myself in The Best Spinner, have my wife do it, or perhaps pay someone to do it for me, as one click automation is rarely the perfect solution. Because you already have writers on staff, perhaps they can do manual spinning of the Article Builder articles, and other articles for people, at a per word fee, then email the spin syntax or deliver it through Article Builder. I think people would easily pay a penny per word ($5 per average article), to have a professionally spun version that they can use right out of the box. I know I would.

If you mean having articles custom Super Spun, it would be far, far more expensive than that. One 500 word Super Spun article costs $1,000 or more to produce.

The price of 20 minutes' time for professionals is not $5.

It can become affordable if one is ready to share the spintax with some others, as Super Spun Articles is offering.

For an exclusive spintax, one has to pay the justified price.

Besides the price idea being ridiculously too low, I like the idea very much.
I would even like to see it taken one level further: How about an API in addition to a web interface?
You deliver a keyword and a link or possibly a spun link to cover more inner pages of a site and the API returns a spun article about the keyword with the spun link built in somewhere. This article could be directly sent to 1waylinks or used for any other purpose.
If I could licence something like this that would be a dream.
Just imagine the whole universe of applications that could be built upon that. There could be wordpress plugins using this or standalone product and so on.
There are competition products like XXX ( Don't want to mention the name here ) from Brad CaXXen, that give you article including a (automatically) spun version but I agree with Randy that the quilty of such automatically spun articles is just not good enough.
It does not have to be a super spun article, I guess a spinning level that allows for 50 to 100 posts of that article would be more than enough for most. So the writer would just have to correct the automatically spun text to make it readable...
Jon, If such a product existed, what do you estimate a realistic price per article could be?

I should add the API would of course have to be asymetric as writing an article is not a real time computer task...

So you're talking about submitting your own article, having my writers rewrite the paragraphs / sentences X number of times (enough for 50 to 100 pretty unique variations) and return that to you?

I'm not sure how an API would work with that, since as you say it would be delayed. So unless it was always a blog-post you were having done and you could pass the credentials to do the post with, there would have to be somewhere to post the completed article back to.

Hi Jon.

Yes that would be the idea. Either submit an own article or let them create one from my my articlebuilder account for the keyword chosen. Or for a higher price write the complete thing and just add the link somewhere so that the end product is an article about my keyword with my links ready to be posted in e.g. 1waylinks.

On the API:
The configuration of the account need to have a callback URL field where the result would be posted as soon as the article is done. In a format specified for that API.
Of course it means that a programmer has to be able to receive XML data in a specified format on that URL - should be no problem.
The Paypal API is a good example for such an asynchronous process. The IPN can come a bit later on the specified URL (you can even send the callback URL with the initial API call. The callback URL for a specific call is then stored in the system and even months later the system can send messages to that URL, for example when someone cancels a recurring payment.

This would not be much different.
I have a certain idea for a product that could use this kind of API very well, if you are interested in learning more about the idea, PM me.

The API idea seems like it may be good for some people who are using advanced techniques, but my basic idea is something that I think many many people could use because of this simple fact: When we use TBS we have 2 choices: Use the automated features, or manually spin the article (and sometimes do a blend). The only way I have found to get almost perfect final articles every time is to choose to do it manually (if there is a way to get perfection from one click please let me know). But doing it manually takes time (about half an hour for me, more for my wife). What I'm suggesting is that there are many people who would pay to have someone do manual spins for them. I know I would. How much I would pay would have to be determined, but I know I would pay at least $5. And as others have pointed out, that may be low.
