I've read through the posts, it seems that the "1969-12-31 18:00:00" is a bug? Or is it more? Is it fixable? If I want to use it the niche word, the 1969-12-31 18:00:00, has no bearing on if the information is accurate, is that fair to say? Thx

Ha! Sounds the the start of the "epoch". Its like time zero in unix (actually close to it, maybe time shifted for timezone).

I saw two “Last Analyzed” dates of  “1969-12-31 18:00:00” for the keywords “weight loss for dummies” and “acai and weight loss” in Niche Horde research result for weight loss with min 1000 searches, min $1.00 bid and max 100 SOC.
