When I click on the desktop icon of niche horde it says checking latest version and I get another window saying The Nichehorde software has been updated.  You need to download the latest version. Click OK to do so when I do that it takes me to

Download Latest Version

To download the latest version of the Niche Horde Client (1.21), click this link.

If you have already registered your copy, you will not need to do so again.

I clicked the link and it did everything that it was supposed to do.

However when I click on the desktop Icon of Niche horde I am confronted with the the same checking latest version ...............................

If your internet connection is slow that's when you will be receiving such messages.
Get a faster internet connection.
