A week ago I was in my paypal account cancelling a few subscriptions when I cancelled the Niche Horde one which is due for payment for the second year in October 2010. Unfortunately this has meant my access to Niche Horde automatically got cut off for some reason.
I contacted support and the answer was very brief, "I have to sign up again".. Having already paid for this years service, obviously I am not going to repay again as that would be wrong. I replied again to Amin with that and he said he would have to consult Jon about how to proceed. Since then, nothing, no response, nothing!
It has now been a week without access to Niche Horde and quite frankly I am a bit annoyed about the whole situation and extreme lack of support with this very simple issue.
The worst thing about it is that I actually like Niche Horde and have recommended it on my blog resulting in many sales for them. I did not want to air my dirty laundry on this forum but I can't see what else I can do if support are not going to resolve my issue.
