500 exact match domains in any market for $67 ?
« on: July 18, 2013, 07:38:03 PM »
Is this list good for building Niche Jet sites?

I know how to make a Niche Jet site on my own except I don't know how many backlinks I need for them.

Looks like a good deal for getting Exact Match domains. That's really the hard part.

What do I enter for the "Market Keywords"?  Is says, Using broader market keywords will likely yield more results. Obviously, I need to to pick a niche in which there is content on ArticleBuilder.

I'm assuming the Keyword associated with the EMD is the keyword phrase need to use to write the article for the front page?

The trouble with this data is that Jon gives an example .CSV file and alot of the keywords/EMDs have High competition so they are not good for building the type of sites.

I simply chose one of the niches on ArticleBuilder and received some very interesting results.  I have already registered one of the domains that I plan to use for an NJ site.  I had received a list of 167 domains but obviously I am not going to register all of these.  I registered it on name.com and parked it on sedo.com for now.  I am wondering though when I purchase a NJ site for it whether I can transfer the domain name to Jon's hosting service, WPSuperhost, since the domain registration there is included in the annual hosting fee.  The other question for me would be which keyword would use, but I would imagine it is one that is directly related to the domain name.

Of course it is good for 'Niche Jet Sites', if it were not Jon would not have said it was!

Jon is in this business to make money, however he is an honorable man and does not lie to his subscribers, or forum members~

Yes, it's great for NJ sites. The market keyword is basically the "seed" keyword. The list will be generated based off of that keyword. So it will first find EMD's based off of the list of keywords that the google keyword tool returns for that keyword, then it will go one or two levels deep on each of those keywords to find EMD's.

The competition in the data is from the google keyword tool. It's not organic search competition, it's adwords competition. To find out the organic search competition you should run the keyword through the KC competition analyzer.

Something else that came to mind is that rather than sell, or in addition to selling, this information, Jon can offer an option of choosing a domain from this information with the corresponding keyword when someone purchases a NJ site.  This way you can not only choose your keyword, you can also choose your domain.  I mean what I am going to do with 167 domains in the same niche, registering these domains can get expensive and as far as selling them on sedo.com or someplace else, you don't know how long one is going to take to sell let alone 167 nor how much you're really going to get for them.  While I registered that one domain for a later NJ site, I set a $1500 price tag on it because I really don't want to sell it but if someone pays me that much for it, I certainly won't say no, I'll simply buy another domain.

Spend a little time investigating those 167 EMD's and choose the best five domains and register them.  Then spend the time to build sites on them using Wordpress and AB.  Do some additional back link building to get these five sites to the first page of Google.  Then add Adsense, or even better, some good affiliate links to them so they start earning income.

Once they start earning income, use that income to buy the second best five domains (after verifying they still are good) and repeat.  At the end of the year you should have a number of sites that are earning you income.

Just take it one step at a time.  It is not hard to build decent sites using Wordpress and AB.  It is not that hard building a few back links for each site, each day.  You just need to set a consistent goal that you can meet, then ensure you meet it.

BTW,  I find shareasale.com to be a good source for affiliate offers.  With ShareASale you needn't worry about being paid for your sales as they track them and collect for you.

Another good source is offervault.com.  (While I am an affiliate, neither of these links are affiliate links)

IMHO, you made a good decision in buying the list.  Now you need to follow up with action.  :)
