Domain Name Registrar Transfer

Hi,

How can I get the domain names of my NJ sites transferred to my registrar (Namecheap)?  They were registered by NJ on 9/6/2013.  It is more than 60 days so they can now be transferred.  A whois check shows Jonathan Leger as the registrant name.

hi jon, i sent an email to  helpdesk regarding the domain transfer yesterday but no respond yet. My nichejet domain will expire this coming september and really need to transfer the domain to my registrar. Please help..
