Site (nichejet.com one) suspended support stopped answering emails.

How can I contact someone willing to help me.

My site is suspended and I have not been able to get help from the support guys.

Anyone in here that cares?

Hi Sebas,

What is the ticket #? The only time we suspend accounts is when someone either orders a site without hosting and doesn't transfer within 30 days, or they order with hosting then cancel. In either case we give 30 days and we also send out several "warning" emails well in advance. We can un-suspend it for 2 weeks though as a courtesy to you.

My name is Daniel Walls.  The support staff member who has been responding to your inquiry about the suspension for your site.

The last response I gave was clear indication that we were aware of the suspension for your site and that it has been reported.  We are currently working towards a more streamlined transfer process that should be completed very soon.

Until that time the suspension will remain.  As Josh stated you received emails indicating that your site needed to be transferred. 

As to your claim about not getting help from the "support guys" that is certainly not the case. 

I can assure that your site has been recorded and this will be resolved ASAP.

Hi Daniel,

I have been hearing this for the last 4 days, and the last email I got from 2 days ago, from my point of view it is just a click!

I also sent you the new DNS servers information, if reactivating the account was to hard and still have not heard back from you guys in this matter.

I did not get any remainder to transfer the site which I would have done.

But anyway, lets get the things solved and move forward.

Now this is a little strange Sebas, is it possible that they have the wrong email for you?

I ask this question, because I get emailed (+++++) from Josh, Jon, and yes even Daniel.
Often times repeated emails saying the same thing from different people, to different email addy's..

Continue to stay calm, Daniel will get your problem straighten out ASAP~

I'll be manually reactivated your account, free of charge, for 2 more weeks (making it a total of 6 full weeks of time given to make the transfer.) Please be sure to get it transferred within that time frame. It should back up within the next few hours.

Just my 2 cents here but my site was suspended as well (how quickly 30 days goes by!) without any of the "warning" emails mentioned here.

But, my emails to support have always been answered in a professional and fairly timely fashion. No complaints there.
