Site Suspended. Please help. Case #3147
« on: July 23, 2013, 04:49:15 AM »
Hey JL Support, I never received any emails or notifications about my NicheJet site being suspended and only happened to find out about it from my Google Webmasters account which sent me an email about "Thin content" and I then saw my rankings go from #3 in Google to non-existent. Before getting all crazy, I know things happen, so I jumped online and found some threads about people's site being suspended as well... Your team states emails are sent out to transfer he site in 30 days, however, I received no such emails otherwise I would've taken the 1 hour to migrate from your server to mine or just simply provided the new host DNS records.

Can we get this resolved? Will my site which I purchased continue with the 100 days of content building as advertised? Will my site received the remaining Link Building campaign which was paid for in my initial purchase? I look forward to your help.

Hi Jonathan! I did submit a ticket and thought I'd double up as I read other posts with your support team responding here sooner and asking for case ID's. My case ID is 3147, but have no problem waiting a bit for support to reply by other means if that's protocol. Thank you for your feedback and help.

I am in the same position.....never received any notification of moving or needing to move the site. Now the site is suspended. NOT too happy!
