Wordpress SEO Plugin on a NJ Authority Site?
« on: February 16, 2015, 10:51:24 AM »
I had a NicheJet Authority site built and there is no SEO  plugin installed on it. Is it OK to install WordPress SEO by Yoast on it?

What should I make the settings for it? Just leave them at the defaults?

It's fine to install it, yes. What settings you want to use is up to you. What exactly are you wanting to do that isn't already done?

I just want to use Yoast plug to set the keyword density for posts. I'll also add post amplifier to it to get some more backlinks.

Nice site!  :)

There is a bug when installing the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast. When acctivated, the Adsense ads stop showing on blog posts but show on the main page content post. When I deactivating the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast the ads show up. Seems to be a conflict between AddCentsPro and WordPress SEO. Please Advise on how to keep WordPress SEO activated and show ads on posts. I also put a trouble ticket in.

If you want to do that, go for it. I would just be careful. We optimize NJ sites "out of the box" so we're not liable for any over-optimization penalties etc. that may result from using plugins etc.

Regarding your issue with Yoast plugin, that would be an issue for them. It is not our plugin and we do not install it.
