I'm not seeing it either Jack. That's a feature built into the forum software but I've never used it. I'll have to do some digging.

As Jack said, click the microphone icon on the slide and choose "Record From Microphone". You may want to click the help icon on the pop-up with the buttons ("Generate Audio", "Record From Microphone" etc) and review the help video first.

I'm glad you got a lot out of the walk-through Bill. Thank you for your kind words. :)

And yes, that neon sign affect is in the After Effects list, so you can use it yourself.

The video can be the same, but keep in mind that YouTube won't keep two duplicate videos in your account. So the event will occur and the video will get streamed but YouTube won't add the duplicated video as a permanent video into your account.

To have each live event become a permanent video all you have to change is one thing about the video itself. For instance, if you change the text on the first slide to reflect a different title and then render the video again, YouTube will keep the video because it's not exactly the same as the original.

Make sense?

Nevermind. I figured out what's causing this bug. It will be fixed in the next update. Thanks for the report!

Hmm.. That's odd because that shouldn't be able to happen! But apparently it did. Does this happen each time you update multiple slides that have highlighted text? At any rate I'll look into it. Thanks for the report.

I still don't understand what you mean by "highlighted text". Each text box can only have one font. A single text box can't use two fonts. The system doesn't support that (currently).

Can you post a screenshot of what you mean?

You can do that too. Just check the "Text Location" box in the list of checkboxes on the Update Multiple dialog.

You can increase the slide time manually using the Duration drop-down (in the upper-left corner of the slide, prefixed by "D:"). But the slide cannot be shorter than the audio for the slide. So if the audio is 10 seconds, the slide will always be at least 10 seconds. You can make it 11 or 15 or 30 seconds, but it won't be less than 10 in that case.

Currently IVW will only stream the video to the last configured Live Event. So to use the same video for multiple keywords and markets you'll need to clone the video in the project and configure the cloned video for a separate live event.

However, it's on my to-do list to have IVW handle multiple live event streams from one video.

Yes that's possible. If you want to update Text #1 and Text #2 on all slides to match the current slide, just be sure the current slide has those settings on Text #1 and Text #2 etc. That is, you must select the font on Text #1 AND Text #2 if you want to change the font on Text #1 and Text #2 for other slides.

To prevent rendering the slide(s) prior to using Update Multiple just uncheck the "Auto-Refresh" option at the bottom of one of the slides. That will prevent rendering before the modifications are made.

I don't understand what you mean. Update Multiple will change the font selected for each slide that you select. You can only have one font per text block, so highlighted text makes no difference.

If you're trying to update multiple text blocks' fonts on multiple slides (that is, you don't just want to update Text #1's font but also #2 and #3 etc) then the current slide has to have the font selected on Text #1 and Text #2 and Text #3 etc. as well.

I can't duplicate this issue. I'm able to add text just fine via Pixie. Can you give step-by-step instructions on how to duplicate the issue?

What do you mean when you say you can't upload many pictures "at one time"? The system only lets you upload one image at a time. How are you uploading many "at one time"?
