I've just set up the next training session, which is Thursday Nov. 9 at 5pm Eastern.

You should have received your special link to the email you registered for your purchase (check your spam folder if you don't see it).

If you don't see an email then please contact the support desk and be sure to give your purchase details. It's the only way they'll be able to validate your entitlement to the next private training session.

Don't send registration messages here, direct them to the support desk as they have the special private link you will need to register you.

if you PM me your registered purchase email for Instant Video Wizard I'll send you the links. I'm assuming that you both bought a copy of IVW.

Just to clarify for People, Notepad is not a true plain text editor.

If you copy from Word into Notepad, it will retain hidden codes to do with formatting. Even though it might look like plain text, it's not.

The support desk has not been able to replicate the problem. Standard MP3 files are uploading (we provided one to test with).

I just tried that file on my own account again and it uploads perfectly and pretty fast.

I may not be understanding what you require, but a "sentence" can be a partial sentence.

If you separate the sentence where you want it to split by adding a new line (no period/full stop) then a new slide will be created for each of those segments.

In other words if you add the following into the import script editor in the main wizard, you will end up with 3 slides for the text (1 slide for each line)

This is a long sentence and

I want to split it into multiple lines on a slide,

doing that myself in exactly the place I want it to appear.



Does that answer your query, or am I misunderstanding?

We already have various features on the to-do list and as far as I'm aware a basic "Ken Burns" type zoom may appear in the future.

We don't have it right now and not all features can be implemented immediately, but there will continue to be new features added.

IVW is going to keep getting more powerful :)

From the details we've been given so far there's nothing that stands out as a reason for a problem logging in.

Where such a query is raised the first thing the support team do is check that there is a valid subscription, or membership at Prosperative. In fact most of the time we get this kind of query the problem is a cancelation of the service, so they have to check that first.

They then try to get as much information as they can, including trying to login as the user to see if the problem might be isolated just to that person's machine/VPS.

After that they'll run through the most likely solutions. If it's something outside that then we'll have to ask Jon to take a look.

The original poster has had replies on the helpdesk, even though the problem has not yet been resolved.

The support team (me included) can't always solve an issue, but we do have to get plenty of information if we need Jon to find a solution.
