Oh just you wait for the next update. It's going to blow your socks off. I've polished up the interface so it's smoother and takes advantage of all of your screen real estate. So if you use a larger or high res monitor it will be much easier to work with videos without all the scrolling around on the page you have to do now.

I've also added (wait for it)...

Automatic scheduling and streaming of YouTube Live events.

Every other software I've seen out there will only create the live event in your YouTube account, but you have to download, install and figure out how to use third party software to actually stream a pre-recorded video to that live event.

Not so with IVW. You click a button that takes you to a page very similar to the YouTube upload page, make your normal selections with one addition: you select the date and time you want to stream that video to the live event.

IVW automatically creates the live event and will automatically stream your pre-recorded video to that live event without you having to do anything at all.

YouTube Live Events rank like crazy in Google and in YouTube itself, so having a push-button way to turn your videos into live events is HUGE. I can't overstate how powerful this is.

We're running some ranking tests and polishing things up now. Once that's all done we'll have a special IVW promo / webinar to demonstrate just how amazing this is.

Get ready to be blown away. :D

Thanks Jon,

I'll take a look and get stuck in now.

Thanks Meg, yes, I'd already tried your suggestions but it was a genuine issue this time that has been fixed, by all accounts.

What slider? When I add my own pictures, I use the search facility within IVW to insert my pictures instead of an IVW picture. The icon showing a finger pointing up or down in the edit section adds a slide before or after the current slide. Sometimes I get the error message. I save the video and try again. If the error message happens again, I close IVW and open the video again. Usually, that fixes it.

What exact steps are you using? When I make an IVW video, I create an IVW video, then use the search facility within IVW to include videos I have made and stored on my computer.

Using Firefox or Chrome, I'm unable to import videos or images at all.

It shows the alert "An unexpected error has occurred. We have been notified of this error and will investigate."

Using Firefox or Chrome, I'm unable to import any images at all.
I also can't manually add a new slide.

When I do so, I get the slider appear but it stops and shows the alert, 'Unexpected Error Has Occurred'.  Of course, I know this as I can't import images or create new slides so, not sure why this is happening.

Is this just me?  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Hopefully will be easy to fix.
