It updates correctly when I remove the tick in autorefresh and click the refresh arrows but not any other way.  Thanks, Jon, at least I can complete the video :-)

It should allow you to upload PNGs as well. Can you send me a link to the PNG you tried to use that caused an error?

Thanks.

Thanks Jon, I did a work around I think. I went to Canva and and did a custom 1280x720 slide and put my picture on it and sized it the way I wanted and then loaded that custom slide IVW. Will we ever be able to upload a PNG file? I got an error message for that.

I'll sort that out for you, but the login email might have gone into your spam folder by accident.

There's not currently any automatic way to do that (though it's something I'm working on).

For now, what you'll need to do is create a blank image the size of the video (1280x720 if it's a landscape video for instance) and then center your photo on that image. Save it and upload that image to the slide.

I get that I guess I wasn't clear. I'm trying to put a picture of myself on a slide with text. The picture shows up on the slide too large. I've tried making the picture smaller but it's still too large for the slide. I'm not trying to cover the whole slide just a portion. Thanks

You're welcome Jack! Hopefully I can get all of your issues settled (particularly the one you're having when recording -- I have an idea where that one may be coming from and I'm looking into it).

Resize the image based on the dimensions of the video you're creating.

For a Landscape video, the size is 1280x720

For a Square video, it's 720x720

For a Facebook header video, it's 840x460
