1. Thanks for the suggestion. But to be clear, as of right now if you don't click 'Update' before moving on to the next slide it will not update the slide.

2. Not allowing the auto-selection of video clips is by design (and not likely to change any time soon). The reason is that video clips require vastly more resources to pull down and convert, and if the system gets it wrong (in terms of video selection) it's just wasted a huge amount of resources. You just need to take a few seconds to go into each slide and manually select videos where appropriate.

3. Again, thanks for the suggestion.

First, Thanks Jon for this great software and the continued updates.

I have three points and i'm sure you will address them.

1.
I have noticed there is a problem when editing the slides(I'm talking about Edit Slide Properties). When you make changes to a slide and you don't update and then move on to another slide (without exiting the edit slide properties - using the arrows at the top right corner) and make changes to that second slide and then move on to another slide or update at that point and exit or close the edit properties. Now my guess would be that all the slides that i have made changes to would be updated, this does not happen. The only slide that gets updated is only the one that you are on when clicking on the update button. The funny thing is, if you go back and check on those other slides that you made changes to and the changes were not updated, all the new options you selected will still be there just as you set them despite not been reflected on the respective slides.

2.
On the Wizard section we have the auto-select option for images. Why can't we have another one for auto-select video clips. The left and right text format slides seem to have problems when using video clips on them and i don't know if this has anything to do with the omission of the auto-select video option.

3.
On the point of Tags - when uploading the video to youtube, there is that option for tags. I think it would be a very good idea if this can be incorporated in the wizard to be filled automatically from the script keywords with the ability to be edited by the user/video maker as one sees fit. This will ofcourse not be part of the slides generated. There are two points for this - it will help us to grab keywords from the article or script, and secondly, when generating translations, these tags will (or should) be translated as well and appear in the tags section in that translated language instead of inserting tags in english.

Thanks.

Instant Video Wizard / Re: MP3 Background Music File Upload - Not Supported in Firefox

Ya, that is odd too, What I am wondering is I can easily upload that same mp3 file from my same browser to mediafire, files.fm etc.,

The problem arises when I start uploading too IVW.

Ya, I already sent this issue to support Desk almost 8 days back, they are very slow, so far only replied around 4 times only but nothing solved. Even I have provided my login details too there.

After getting that issue here at the forum, within a day,  at least, Jon, you have fixed the import error from Firefox browser for the import of mp3 file. I really appreciate you.

But still the progress bar freezes problem persists.

It was not, in fact, your computer. There was a bug in the system that needed squashing. It's squashed. :) So uploading files like that should work fine now.

Ok, it was much easier than I realized. I just pushed an update for this. Now, when you generate an After Effects template, it will ask you if you want to add it to your favorites. Just say Yes and add the tags you want. The rendered template will now appear in the new After Effects tab of the Favorites Library.

As pre your suggestion, Ive attached the notepad file that I used/failed to upload.
I've since found I can copy paste the content in to the text area - so the workaround will suffice, but there may be value for you in resolving this -
My computer has always had its quirks and foibles so likely is the machinery inside this tower may have something to do with the issue.
All the best
Sam

You can't currently, but it's on my to-do list to let you add the clips into the Favorites Library. I hope to have that ready soon.

That is odd. I don't know what to tell you. I can upload the same file without any issues, and the console isn't showing any script errors, so it's not throwing any errors either.

Put in a ticket with the help desk and maybe they can reproduce the issue. If I can reproduce it I can probably fix it, unless the issue is with your browser some kind of way.
