Apologies for the delay.

It's highly unusual for a 24 hour guarantee to go unfulfilled unless you submitted a request for content in a subject that's prohibited.

What was your subject matter?

Either way you're not likely to get a response from the help desk on a Sunday.

And FYI the INA writers handle close to 11,000 articles a month.

But I must agree in part with Andrew. If you were already convinced you would have a bad experience, why test the service?

Regarding the subject matter.....it is in the cowboy boots niche so I assume that is not against the terms of your service.....

Regarding your question as to why I would purchase your service well there are 2 reasons.....1 I was referred to your service by a good friend and 2 I was hoping I would have an experience that is at least close to what you promote.

I just hope I can get a refund for the failure on your part.....is this possible?

again thank you so much for your time and I really hope this is just an anomaly and that your 24 hour guarantee is for real because I really need a service like this!

You will get a reply but it's Sunday and there isn't always someone on duty all the time at the weekend.

Guess I need to file a dispute with paypal .......dont really see another option at this point as i do not want to pay for something that was not fulfilled......

Thank you for your prompt reply......just curious and it would be great if you could answer me honestly......is the 24 hour delivery guarantee for real? I mean is this just a hiccup .....unusual Or is this just something to rake in more money which you do not actually back up?.....just want to know for future reference....no offence intended I assure you

well sir as stated quite obviously and clearly I was "testing" this service.......and to answer your second childish and ignorant question I was directed to this forum for any help I may need by the previously mentioned service which i purchased.....your negative and quite unhelpful input is not needed or desired so just sit down and check yourself k?

as the subject line said I ordered 1 article with the option of delivery within 24 hours.......as would be expected the 24 hour delivery option was not fulfilled.....lol

so basically I got ripped off the very first time I tested these guys.....again was totally expected

fired off a support ticket but I see now that support from this site is non existant....

please advise if possible

There actually is no single post really. Typically when questions are asked Jon/Josh/Amin will give their input regarding the answers. The layout of the sites though are nothing earth shattering. The only real difference is we take the Navigation Menu/Top Level Menu out from under the header and put the menu in the sidebar.

Then we insert the link ads underneath the header. You have to generate the link ads in your Google Adsense account. Once generated you can insert them below the header. That's where we have found them to be optimal, but you can try them different places if you like. Here is how to create a link ad unit in your Google Adsense account:
