Can you provide all of the settings you're selecting and the text of the video you're trying to create?

I actually bought this product before but stopped using it because of this same issue. I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing or not. I'm quite familiar with the program, and tried to create 3 videos when it crashed.

Please see attached...thanks

The only way to get a perfect text / audio sync is to record the audio yourself with your microphone. The automatic text-to-speech isn't going to be perfectly sync'd.

I tried changing the timing to ten seconds.  I can get the words to go slower, but not the voice.  I tried the special effects slower voice but couldn't make it sync.  I'm trying to find a way to easily sync voice and text.

This is an edited note of my current best attempt so I don't forget what I did.  If someone knows a better solution, please let me know.

1.  I recorded a short phrase slowly, speaking in equal increments.
2.  I checked the clock icon to see when it ended and set the end text animation time at that.
3.  I matched those seconds/time in the D dropdown.  Updated slide.
4.  I tested a few times using the Edit Slide Text screen to see if slowly, very slow, super slow, or ultra slow (of the animation) matched the voice speed the best.
Doing 1-4 brought the best results so far, not perfect, but best.  There may be a better way.

5.  I do see a very slow option in the FX voice, but so far have not been able to get it to work as well in a slide as 1-4 above.

I'm afraid not. Each After Effects template has to have a custom script created for processing the variables that replace the text in the template.

Hi everyone,

John is it (or will it be) possible to import our own after effects video templates created with another software or purchased on the marketplace? Thanks.

Bookmarking Posts = No progress
Renaming Favorites = On my To-Do List. I'll try to get it added into the next update (due out in a few days).

Thank you - Jack

Hi! Has anyone encountered this error?

I've had no problems using the auto post feature until this morning. The error says:

Error Posting Article
There was a problem posting the article to "Blog Name"
Could not write file (Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons).

This is a formatted article - but also the same results with the research type.

When I hit continue posting, I get a blog not found error.

Something to do with wordpress updates? That's the only thing I changed prior to this error.

It's because your slide is 3 seconds long due to the audio duration. If the words moved onto the slide any slower they wouldn't complete by the time the slide is finished playing. To slow it down you can either make the audio for the slide longer or you can manually set the slide duration using the "D:" drop down on the upper-left of the slide. Extend the duration to, say, 10 seconds and you'll see a difference.
