Social Multiplier 2 / Blocked Site Redirect With a Domain Mask
« Last post by neevin2016 on April 26, 2017, 08:26:00 PM »
Hello,

This topic is brought up many times but I just wanted to have a clear understanding on this.

I tested my Money site domain few days ago by trying to post something to my wife's Pinterest board, it says, 'Sorry! We blocked this link because it may lead to inappropriate content.'

1) Looks like my domain (money site) is blocked. I'd like to ask you whether it's a good idea to redirect with different proxies to this blocked domain or should I create another money site

2) Or should I make a 'redirect with a domain mask'. So when I mask with a new domain, the browser will show the new domain while showing the blocked site's content. I thought this may be a lot easier than cloning a site. Could you advice me on this.

Thanks
Neevin

If you're handling the social media for another company it's best to use custom images -- even great stock photos will do. Remember that it's their reputation on the line, not yours, and you need to be careful to protect their brand. Most brick and mortar businesses would prefer to stay as "white hat" as possible, even if what's being done (keyword images) is 100% legal according to the Pinterest User Agreement.

I would play it conservatively for clients.

But remember, I'm not an attorney and this does not constitute legal advice.

The difficulty comes if you use paid stock images....by pinning to Pinterest you are allowing others to repin those same images which is breaking your agreement with the paid services and could/will lead to potential legal issues down the line.

Hello All,
First of all I would like to thank Jon to created this wonderful software.I tried many Pinterest bot,but this is the one that I can trust...

I am running 30+ accounts..

20 for adsense and 10 for clickbank..

Awesome. The reason for Jon's success is he is a programmer AND a marketer. You don't find that combination often, so he not only has a marketing sense but also knows how to implement it into his own software.

That's actually a thought to have affiliate sales separate from the money sites strictly for adsense. Great post!

For those of you who are promoting other customers on Pinterest using SM2 are you using custom images? Or, are you adding image keywords?

I asked because I have a realtor who specializes in selling homes in 55+ Active Adult Communities. We handle her social media marketing. I'm setting her up a new Pinterest Business acct. and am not sure whether to grab custom images or use image keywords and risk getting DMCA callouts.

I am planning to use a re-direct to her site and a private proxy. Just not sure whether to spend time on gathering custom images and URL's. Or, go with the image keywords.

Thoughts?

Thanks.
~Susan

I am only promoting customers in small ways, not as whole redirects but if I were doing this one, I think I would ask the realtor for photographs that could be used on Pinterest. The reason I say this is that those types of photographs are used to sell purchases of homes and if the photos are NOT related to those communities, it could cause difficulties down the line. If the realtor were getting a website produced, they would have to supply photographs.

Thanks for sharing.
The stats I listed are one of my Pinterest accts. not my Adsense.
What stats do you Pinterest accts have to produce the screen shot of your Adsense?
