The Best Spinner 3 / TBS is asking me to renew subscription

I have come with an issue with tbs asking me to resubscribe since my account is not active. this has to be a mistake because I've gotten the lifetime access from purchasing senuke a while back through johnathans affiliate link. please look into this.

Did you get an automatic notification of your ticket number within a few minutes of submitting the ticket? Have you checked your spam folder?

Hi,
I have sent 2 tickets in last 48 hours, none received a response.

How many tickets do i have to open for you to address the problem.

Paid for trial but trial showing incorrect account/password.

I have no other option but to get refund from paypal, if you dont reply or sort out the problem :(

The trial is still not working.

Would anyone be solving this problem or not?

Hello,

I renewed the subscription to The Best Spinner yesterday on the online account. Today, it's now saying that the account is inactive.

Also on the software, I am still getting a message that says "Your account is no longer active. This will happen if you canceled your PayPal subscription or received a refund on your purchase. Would you like to resubscribe to the service?"
