Is WebCompAnalyst NOT supported at all?
« on: September 23, 2011, 04:09:59 AM »
Shame that I cannot post a concern about WebCompAnalyst because the topic is CLOSED. It no longer works! Just because it is no longer discussed in the forum is no reason to i9gnore customers who have purchased the product.

What's a WebCompAnalyst customer to do?

Please advise

Did you file a ticket at askjonleger.com?
There still is a WebCompAnalyst field in the topic drop down.
I think Jon's support ticket system is the right place for that.
This is a user forum - noone here can change anything in the coding of the software, so nobody here wil be able to help you...

Thanks Mike. You're probably right. I'll do that.
